I have listed them as the makers describe them. Some figures may have other uses. The Canadian army for example, used British-type uniforms and kit. So British figures can also be used as Canadians.

ReplyDeleteMay '40 Miniatures has Dutch including Marines. Tiger Miniatures has the Dutch East Indies army (KNIL).
ReplyDeleteI should have some comparison pictures from the article I did on 28mm WWII figures and 1/43-1/50 WWII vehicles in THE COURIER MAGAZINE (2 issues). How do I send them? The number of companies making WWII in 28mm has really expanded. Vehicle resources in 1/56 and 1/48 has also expanded while 1/50 and 1/43 (loss of SOLIDO models) has dropped. Westwind vehicles, by the way, are 1/64 as are some of their heavy weapons like the M1A2 105mm field howitzer. Unless they have corrected that.

this list is awesome
ReplyDeleteAnother good supplier of 28mm WWII miniatures is Fix-Bayonets (https://fix-bayonets.com/). At the moment they sell a line of German Fallschirmjäger.
